Yesterday I had the afternoon off (remember I worked 12+ hrs on Fri) and I used the time off to relax but also get some wedding stuff done.
I called the Porta Bella Restaurant to see if we could have our rehearsal dinner there. Sure enough the wine cellar was still available and so I was really excited. I signed a request form and sent in the deposit today. Now I just have to wait until October to begin laying out the menu. Dan and I are planning to do an hors d'oeuvres reception. The food at this restaurant is amazing and I think you will all be pleased.
One other quick update. Dan and I have a meeting with the travel agent tonight. So wish us luck and I'll have an update for you tom.
